Cancellation
You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.

No‑Show / Late Cancellation
Clients who cancel or reschedule an appointment giving less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged the full cost of their service. Clients who do not attend an appointment without giving any notice will be charged the full cost of their service.

Late Arrival
We reserve the right to reschedule a service if a client arrives more than 15 minutes late, and this may impact our ability to deliver a high standard of service. All attempts will be made to reschedule promptly. If you are running late for an appointment, please contact the salon by phone, and we will try our best to accommodate you.
