Consultation

• Before any chemical service (colour, bleach, perm), we perform a consultation to assess hair condition, scalp health, and any previous chemical history.
• We discuss realistic expected results, aftercare, and maintenance.

Age Restrictions

We do not perform chemical treatments (e.g., dye, bleach) on clients under 16 years old, unless a parent/guardian consents and is present (if needed).

Risk Disclosure

• The stylist will inform you about possible risks (e.g., breakage, dryness, scalp irritation).
• We explain what maintenance (products, follow-up) is required to keep hair healthy after chemical services.

Product Safety and Handling

• We use professional-grade chemical products (e.g., Oway) and adhere to manufacturer safety guidelines.
• Chemicals (dyes, bleaches) are mixed, stored, and disposed of safely, in compliance with health regulations.

Stylist Training

• Our stylists are trained in the safe use of chemicals, patch testing, and aftercare protocols.
• We regularly update our training to follow industry best practices in sustainability and safety.
