Service guarantee
At Blue Tit Copenhagen, our aim is for every client to leave delighted with their salon experience. We strive for exceptional results across all services. If you are not fully satisfied, please let us know — we take your feedback seriously and have a dedicated complaints process.
How to Make a Complaint
- You can raise an issue during your visit or within two weeks of your appointment.
- Contact us via email: copenhagen@bluetitlondon.com or call the salon.
- We will respond and aim to resolve your complaint within eight weeks.
Remedy Options
- If we find your complaint reasonable, we offer a complimentary follow-up service (in part or in whole) at no extra charge.
- Exception: We cannot offer a complimentary follow-up if you’ve visited another salon, applied new colour, or changed your haircut since your original appointment — because we must assess based on your original service.
Refunds
- We do not provide refunds for services once they have been completed.
- However, when we agree on a follow-up, we will work with you to fix any issues free of charge.

- We welcome all feedback. Email us at copenhagen@bluetitlondon.com to share your views — good or bad.
- We use client feedback to improve our services, staff training, and systems.
