Health, hygiene & patch-test policy

Patch Tests

• For colour services (dye, bleach), we may require a patch test for new clients or if you have a history of sensitivity/allergy.
• The patch test must be administered at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment (or as agreed).

Hygiene Standards

• We follow strict hygiene protocols: all tools (combs, scissors, brushes) are sterilised or cleaned between each client.
• Workstations are cleaned regularly, and waste (hair, chemicals) is disposed of in accordance with local health & safety regulations.

When We Must Refuse or Delay

• We will not perform treatments if there is an active scalp infection, visible lice, or any other condition that may risk safety or hygiene.
• We ask clients to notify us before their appointment if they have any scalp issues, rash, or are unwell.
